A stone finca, carefully renovated throughout, set into a mature Mediterranean garden with old trees. Generous terraces and shaded pergola corners gather around the pool. Inside, rural character meets contemporary comfort: a bright living room with a wood-burning stove, an open kitchen-diner and quiet bedrooms. 248 m² of living space on around 2,645 m² of land.

The house has been modernised throughout without losing its character — natural stone, warm tones, wood. A living room with a wood-burning stove, an open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Outside, a pool with a wrap-around terrace, several covered dining spots and a well-kept garden that ties the house to the landscape.

Santanyí is a lively little town in the south-east of Mallorca, built of golden marès sandstone — the same stone as the cathedral of Palma. On market days, Wednesdays and Saturdays, and through the high season there is plenty going on: galleries, cafés and good restaurants give the centre its life, and the German-speaking community is well represented among both guests and residents. Around it, the finest coves of the south-east — Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, the fishing village of Cala Figuera and the Mondragó nature park — all minutes away. Real island life and the sea lie close together here.
