On a generous plot of around 16,000 m² near Santanyí, an exceptional estate is taking shape — one that joins traditional Mallorcan stone architecture with the comfort of a modern retreat, designed by the architecture studio Archtech. Five bedrooms across two floors, a long pool with a jacuzzi, pergolas for lounging and dining, and a private wellness area. The images shown here are the architect's visualisations; the property is still being completed.

The two-storey main building is complemented by generous pergolas, a barbecue area and a long pool with a jacuzzi, framed by cypresses, palms and bougainvillea. Five bedrooms — including a master suite with its own roof terrace — plus a wellness area with a gym, sauna and steam bath. A palm-lined stone driveway runs through old land to the house. Solar panels and a private septic system are part of the plan.

The building permit was granted under earlier planning law — a finca of this size would no longer be approved today. The finca is not yet finished. Depending on the stage of construction, several handover options are possible — from continuing the build yourself to a turn-key completion. The price depends on the chosen option and is therefore on request. We are happy to walk you through it calmly, together with the architect.
