From Cologne, she has lived on Mallorca since 1999. For more than 20 years she has brought experience in the long-term and holiday rental of properties. As the owner of an agroturismo finca, she knows the wishes of discerning guests as well as the particularities of the Mallorcan property market from first-hand experience. Through her international contacts — from Europe to the USA and the United Arab Emirates — she has a valuable network and a fine sense for the needs of different cultures and groups of buyers.

Nathalie is a true problem-solver: she acts quickly, thinks pragmatically and communicates openly, honestly and directly. Her strength lies in bringing people together, building trust and listening closely before she advises or brokers. For her, a successful property match always begins with understanding the person.

As a long-established point of contact within the German-speaking community on Mallorca, she combines international experience with local market knowledge — committed, authentic and with a great deal of heart for the island.
