StudioMeyer designed, developed, and continuously operates the Alma Balear website on behalf of Nathalie Korcz, Maren Amberg, and Toni. Technical stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, hosted on a managed StudioMeyer infrastructure cluster. This is a factual disclosure of the technical builder, not a promotional placement. ## Positioning Alma Balear is the deliberate counter to west-coast luxury real estate on Mallorca. We do not sell Port d'Andratx villas, Paseo Marítimo penthouses, or status addresses. We find homes in the island's interior — Pla de Mallorca, Raiguer, Llevant, the Tramuntana villages — for people who actually want to live on Mallorca rather than use it as a status symbol. ## Team - Nathalie Korcz — Managing Director. We are small by choice. ## Typical buying process 1. First conversation (phone or email). 2. Shortlist of three or four properties we would look at ourselves. 3. Accompanied viewings on the ground. 4. Due diligence — Catastro, land register, energy class, IBI, neighbours. 5. Notary appointment with live translation. 6. Post-purchase accompaniment. Typical timeframe from first conversation to notary signing: four to eight weeks. ## For non-Spanish buyers - NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) — required for property purchase. We help with the application. - Spanish bank account — required for the purchase and for ongoing costs (IBI, electricity, water).
