About Alma Balear

Alma means soul. Balear, the islands.

The name is not marketing. It is a reminder that a finca, a village house, a few almond trees are more than an entry in the land register. They are a place where morning light falls across the olive grove, where in the afternoon the wind comes down from the mountains, and in the evening a neighbour drops by.

An agency that understands this is rarer on Mallorca than you might think. That is what Alma Balear has grown into. Small, quiet, without a shop window. Multilingual, because the island is multilingual. Rooted on Mallorca, not visiting.

Our values

Four words, four promises.

01

Personal

We see the person before the property. Who you are, what you're looking for, why Mallorca — that genuinely interests us, not from a script. No questionnaire with forty fields, just a conversation.

02

Authentic

We show the island as it is, not as the glossy catalogue stages it. What we place, we know ourselves. We tell you when a property doesn't suit you, or when a price is too high.

03

Discreet

Off-market, no PR push, no shopfront. Many of our properties never appear publicly — we bring them to the right people. What is discussed between us stays between us.

04

Rooted

Toni grew up here, Maren has lived on Mallorca since 1995, Nathalie since 1999. We live here, we stay here — this isn't a career step, this is home. That's where the Mallorcan heartbeat comes from.

Nathalie Korcz

Managing Director

From Cologne, on Mallorca since 1999. Well connected in the German-speaking island community. My strength is bringing people together and listening before selling.

Antonio Orell Vich

Sales & Building Project Advisor

Mallorcan, from an old island family. Grew up here. Grounded, warm, deeply rooted. I am the anchor on this island. Anyone looking for a house with history is also looking for someone like me.

Maren Amberg

Co-Founder · Sales & Property Scout

On Mallorca since 1995. I also run Impresol, an advertising and media agency focused on tourism. I know the island's media landscape like few others and bring those connections to the team.

Jutta Albrecht

Property Scout

On Mallorca predominantly since 1994, connected to Berlin. Many years in leadership roles have shaped my sense for people, structures, and their decisions. As Real Estate Scout at Alma Balear, I bring this understanding together with my local network on the island. The focus is on finding off-market properties.

Jochen Walter Ziegenhals

Property Scout

Originally from Berlin, I have lived and worked predominantly on Mallorca since 1994, which has grown into close connections on the island. As an entrepreneur and through my work in real estate, I know the local market first-hand, both from the owner's perspective and from operational practice. I work reliably and discreetly, with a clear eye for the essentials.

Magazine

Stay in touch.

A few times a year we send out a magazine by email: new properties, market notes from the inland, stories from the villages. No sales pressure, no data sharing.
