How Alma Balear came to be
Three paths. One island. One promise.
Nathalie comes from Cologne and has lived on Mallorca since 1999 — well-connected, multilingual, always with one eye on the person in front of her. Maren has been here since 1995; she knows the island's media landscape like few others and runs her own advertising and media agency in parallel. Toni is Mallorcan, from an old island family, born and raised here, deeply rooted. Three paths that crossed on the island — and a shared way of looking at what Mallorca really is.
We asked ourselves what was missing. Not another polished agency with glossy brochures, not another shopfront on the Paseo. What was missing is someone who listens, opens the network, and shows the homes not everyone gets to see. Off-market when needed, discreet always, personal as a rule. Personal. Authentic. Discreet. And with a Mallorcan heartbeat.

Authentic
We show the island as it is, not as the glossy catalogue stages it. What we place, we know ourselves. We tell you when a property doesn't suit you, or when a price is too high.
Discreet
Off-market, no PR push, no shopfront. Many of our properties never appear publicly — we bring them to the right people. What is discussed between us stays between us.
Rooted
Toni grew up here, Maren has lived on Mallorca since 1995, Nathalie since 1999. We live here, we stay here — this isn't a career step, this is home. That's where the Mallorcan heartbeat comes from.
