About Alma Balear
Alma means soul. Balear, the islands.
The name is not marketing. It is a reminder that a finca, a village house, a few almond trees are more than an entry in the land register. They are a place where morning light falls across the olive grove, where in the afternoon the wind comes down from the mountains, and in the evening a neighbour drops by.
An agency that understands this is rarer on Mallorca than you might think. That is what Alma Balear has grown into. Small, quiet, without a shop window. Multilingual, because the island is multilingual. Rooted on Mallorca, not visiting.

We show the island as it is, not as the glossy catalogue stages it. What we place, we know ourselves. We tell you when a property doesn't suit you, or when a price is too high.

Toni grew up here, Maren has lived on Mallorca since 1995, Nathalie since 1999. We live here, we stay here — this isn't a career step, this is home. That's where the Mallorcan heartbeat comes from.

From Cologne, on Mallorca since 1999. Over 20 years in long-term and holiday rentals, an international network from Europe to the Emirates, and first-hand experience running an agroturismo finca. Her strength is bringing people together, building trust and listening before she advises.

A native Mallorcan from a long-established island family, who grew up here and is deeply rooted. As a property expert he also assesses houses technically — building materials, renovation, structure — and advises on renovation and investment. For Alma Balear he is the anchor on Mallorca: anyone looking for a house with a history finds in him the right companion.

On Mallorca since 1995. As founder and managing director of Impresol Media Solutions, she has run an agency specialised in tourism marketing and media for over 30 years. She brings her exceptional network of entrepreneurs, hoteliers and island decision-makers to the Alma Balear team.

On Mallorca predominantly since 1994, connected to Berlin. Many years in leadership roles have shaped her sense for people, structures, and their decisions. As Real Estate Scout at Alma Balear, she brings this understanding together with her local network on the island. The focus is on finding off-market properties.

Originally from Berlin, he has lived and worked predominantly on Mallorca since 1994, which has grown into close connections on the island. As an entrepreneur and through his work in real estate, he knows the local market first-hand, both from the owner's perspective and from operational practice. He works reliably and discreetly, with a clear eye for the essentials.
