Alma Balear is a small real estate agency on Mallorca. We work in the island's interior. Our office is in Campos, a second one in Llubí. Mallorca has been our home for many years, and the villages we work in are familiar to us. This is an honest introduction. What Alma Balear is, what we do, so you can decide for yourself if writing to us feels right.
A small team, multilingual, with offices in Campos and Llubí. We have been living on the island for many years. Our local network has grown over time, slowly, person by person. That is the asset we bring. Our home is the rural interior of Mallorca. Fincas, village houses, courtyards, stone houses in the Pla, the Raiguer, the Llevant, the Tramuntana foothills. We stay small by choice, so each home we represent gets the time it deserves.
Two things, mainly. We represent a curated selection of homes for sale in the rural interior. Fincas, village houses, stone houses, courtyards. The kind of homes we would look at ourselves. And we accept search briefs. If you have a clear idea of what you are looking for and a home like that comes to mind, ask us to look for you. Many of the most interesting homes on this island are quiet ones. They move between people, between agencies that cooperate closely, sometimes directly from an owner who is still thinking. Through our local network and our cooperations with other agencies on the island we can find homes well beyond what is on our own site. That is what we mean when we accept Suchauftraege. It is the part of the work that we love most.
Four regions, all in the interior or at the foothills. Pla de Mallorca around Campos, Santanyi, Porreres, Sineu. The flat heart of the island, almond groves, vineyards, low old villages. Raiguer at the foothills of the Tramuntana. Binissalem, Alaró, Consell, Santa Maria del Camí. Sandstone, vineyards, well connected to Palma. Llevant in the quiet east. Artà, Son Servera, Capdepera. Countryside estates, mountain paths, honest villages. The Tramuntana foothills. Selva, Caimari, Mancor, Lloseta. Natural stone, narrow lanes, liveable through the summer. We can also work elsewhere on Mallorca when a home and a person fit each other. This is the ground we know best.
It starts with a conversation, by phone or email. We want to understand who you are and what home means to you, before we send you anything. Then a short list. Three or four properties we would walk through ourselves. Each chosen because it could really fit you. Accompanied viewings, on the ground. Due diligence done in calm. Catastro, land register, energy class, neighbours. The notary appointment with live translation. We are there, and you understand every page before you sign it. After the purchase we keep helping. Find tradespeople, plan the garden, settle into the village. That is part of how we work.
