The village of Pòrtol
Pòrtol belongs to Marratxí and has been known for generations for its pottery tradition — the "terrissa" and the clay kilns still shape the place today. The location is practical: Palma and the airport are about 20 minutes away, the north and the island's interior just as close. And yet Pòrtol has stayed a real village — with its baker, its plaça and neighbours who know one another.
