The two-storey main building is complemented by generous pergolas, a barbecue area and a long pool with a jacuzzi, framed by cypresses, palms and bougainvillea. Five bedrooms — including a master suite with its own roof terrace — plus a wellness area with a gym, sauna and steam bath. A palm-lined stone driveway runs through old land to the house. Solar panels and a private septic system are part of the plan.
The building permit was granted under earlier planning law — a finca of this size would no longer be approved today. The finca is not yet finished. Depending on the stage of construction, several handover options are possible — from continuing the build yourself to a turn-key completion.
